Refund Policy

Our return policy allows you to request a refund within 30 calendar days from the purchase date. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.

Return Timeline
If you have a return label or are returning the item yourself, the product must be given to the courier or our warehouse within the 30-day period. Returns received after this timeframe cannot be accepted under any circumstances.

Refund Requirements
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product is defective.
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • The product is unused and undamaged.

All returns are inspected to confirm these conditions. Items that do not meet these criteria will be classified as "change of mind" returns, subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping charges.

Proof of Purchase
A receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase is required for a refund. Without this proof, we can only issue store credit.

Sale and Clearance Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for return. Sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

Shipping Returns
Contact us first before returning an item. A pre-paid return shipping label will be provided, and you’ll need to ensure the item is securely packaged. If the item arrives damaged or shows excessive use, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
